1. Reduce massive surveillance on private persons and at the job place, so that they can speak freely
2. Reduce complex burdens on job creators and employers
3. Don’t overtax
4. Have adequate money in your budget (for your employees) as opposed to coasting by using lengthy internship periods or auditions that exploit them in end effect
4. Discourage people from skimming ideas from the person who came up with the innovative idea first
5. Reward the person who came up with the smartest / most innovative idea
6. Protect innovation all the way at the top and through to the bottom
7. Discourage group “click’s” and punish “ganging up” in workplaces
8. Punish illegal corporate activities
