I, Best-in-the-West, hereby declare ownership of many private properties. Some located in the United States, and some which are located in other countries.
Each of you who are custodially assigned to those for maintenance (where there has been the vacancy), it’s good that you have been assigned that job.
The caretaker must now respond to the email that I sent out many months ago, at this time in 2026, in which you are required to send the document of title-ownership. I must gather those in, and file the copies where I keep them safe.
As for other property that belongs to me, such as car and boat; you also must send the documentation of ownership at this time.
