Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter

Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter is sentenced to a minimum of 27 years behind bars, after being found guilty of a murder in the eighties. No murder weapon, no eye witnesses, and no blood trace, but an all too convinced jury finding him weird, gave the guilty verdict in Los Angeles court.

Others found to be exonerated of murder, had far more evidence of guilt attached to them, than this case.

Guilty sentencing requires proof. Innocence does not require proof.
